Edit and shape AzerothCore game worlds in 3D, build quests, NPCs, objects, patrols and combat scripts, then export all changes as MySQL patch files.
Azeroth World Editor provides a visual 3D interface for AzerothCore (and Conquest of AzerothCore) servers, allowing designers to place and edit NPCs, objects, spawns, patrol routes, quests and combat encounters without writing SQL manually.
.env.example to .env and filling in MySQL credentials.npm ci && npm run dev).Q: Do I need the game client files? A: The client folder is optional; without it you can still use the quest‑building tools, but 3D visualisation and accurate ground heights require the client assets.
Q: Can the editor modify my live production database? A: No. The editor only reads from the database and writes changes to an SQL patch file or a separate development database you specify.
Q: Which operating systems are supported? A: Windows, macOS and Linux. Installers are provided for each platform.
Q: How do I connect the AI assistant? A: Enable MCP/AI in Settings, select an assistant (e.g., Claude Code), and provide any required API keys. The assistant can query world data and generate content, each change recorded as an undoable step.
Q: How do I export my work? A: Use the Export dialog to generate an SQL patch file. You can also apply the patch directly to a dev MySQL instance from within the app.
